1. Open PalTech and write the palace's url you want.

2. Click on the "Config" button to customise the several options
[You can skip this step]

3. Click on the "Start" button [it will open your Palace Client and make automatically the connection].
[If that doesn't work, open your Palace Client and connect it on the
127.0.0.1 address and the 3000 port]

Functions:

Anti-Scripts: Disable server scripts. Be carefull, some wizards or palace owners really dislike that you block their scripts.
Advised state: OFF

Log Users: This option warn you when someone enter the same room thant you. You can use this function when you're "brb" in one room, and you want to know who came during your were away.
Example : *** [Log]: [02/03/02 - 1:15:46 PM] TeStER enters the room.
Advised state: OFF

Log Props: Show you the prop number that other people wear in the same room thant you.
Advised state: OFF

Anti-Page: Block all automatical advertissment by "page" (by a script) to the operators, and give you the content of the "page". When you use this option, you can continue to
use your "'page" command.
Example: *** [Anti-Page]: I have a WINDOWS32 system and I come from xxx's palace
Advised state: ON

Anti-Props: This original function disallow your client software's capability to download others people's props. It will be very usefull when someone try to slow down your
connection changing his props quicklys.
Advised state: OFF

*****: Allow you to ecrypt your messages...
This option is easy to use : You first should enter one word greater thant 5 charters.
This word will be the key to encrypt/decrypt your message. The one you talk with should have the same key thant you if he will be able to show the correct text.
If he won't, a crypted text will appear.

How to use :

- Light off: Option disabled.
- Light on but dark: If an encrypted message will be detected by PalTech and use the same key thant you, it will be decrypted and the charter >< will be added to the end of the sentence.
Example: Nick: test ›¦‹
To encypher your text, you should add two spaces on the end. This mood is usefull when you want to understand encrypted messages and encrypt only some sentenses.
- Light on: It will encrypt all of you messages and decrypt all encrypted messages who use the same key thant you. You don't have to use the two final spaces when this option is enable. One more word : To change you key, you should first disable this option, otherwise, you won't be able to change it. Some ESP wont be decrypted because they're too big.

Other Options : You can use your own words to customize those options.

Plus on/off: Enable/disable the "wizard like" mood. No one of your change on server scripts with this option won't be saved by the server if you're not really a wizard or a
god. Actually, all Palaces track this option, so don't use it if you ave not to !

Invi on/off: Enable/disable the possibility of your client software to show
other people your prop change. When this option is on, no one can see your changes, if
off, all can see your changes.

Clon: Gives you the possibility to copy the props weared by other people. This option can be used with invi on/off. To use it, you have to say in private the command you choose for this option, to the person you want to clon.

Lag: Show you your lag time. Example : *** [PalTech]: Your lag is 199 ms.

Prop: Gives you the possibility to clon others people's props by the prop number.
Example: *** [PalTech]: /[ 1007568269 1015090973 968502225 1007569232] SETPROPS When PalTech gives you this indication you have to say (without the " ") : "/[ 1007568269 1015090973 968502225 1007569232] SETPROPS" to wear the prop.

Do not make any change if you don't understant what you're doing. Some of this options have to be turned on or off BEFORE you connect to a Palace server.

Rnd Puid: If activated, allow you to have a random PUID on each connection to a Palace server. Be carefull, some wizards and Palace owners look at users' PUID variations, and may think that you use PalTech or somethng like that.
Advised state: OFF

3.5 Build 211: If you want to hide your Palace version from the server, and wants it to believe your Palace version is a 3.5 build 211 who works on a Window 32 bit, activate this option.
Advised state: ON

WizDetect: Allow you to watch in the "User List" who is an operator ora Palace owner.
Advised state: ON

Stop Plugins: If activated, this option allow PalTech to catch all plugins data (like the Palace Presents plugin) that may reset you connection in some case, or could make you some injuries.
Advised state: ON

Door: If activated, this option allow you to simulate a door displacement. This may be usefull when scripts are hidden behind other doors. This action is only visible by you.
Advised state: ON

Room: If activated, this will remove the password protection of the room where you are (in your palace authoring menu) and activate room scripts when they're turned off.
Advised state: ON
